Is by the original China Machinery Industry Quality System Certification Center (CCMQS), China Machinery Safety Certification Center (CCMS), the machinery industry environmental management system certification center and China Machinery Management System Certification Center (JHR) integration into an independent third-party certification body. Its constituent institutions CCMQS, CCMS, JHR are the first in China to obtain national recognition, authorized to carry out the relevant management system certification and product certification activities of the certification body.      CUC is composed of the former China Machinery Industry Quality System Certification Center and its predecessor - the Reliability Center of the Institute of Mechanical Sciences, the earliest ISO9000 standard into China's national standard, and the first to carry out the practice of quality management system certification in China. At the same time, he has undertaken the secretariat work of the Quality System Sub-committee of China Quality Management and Quality Assurance Standardization Technical Committee, and has done pioneering work for the introduction and promotion of ISO9000 standards and certification work in China.        In addition to management system certification and product certification, CUC is also engaged in quality management technology, environmental technology and safety technology research. At the same time, it also undertakes the work of the Secretariat of the Standardization Technical Committee for Military Specialized Machinery of the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and the management of the military standardization industry of the machinery industry, and participates in the formulation and revision of relevant product standards and the research work of the subject projects assigned by relevant ministries and commissions.
